There are rules one must live by in order to experience a successful life. Most of us are taught those rules as children, how many of us remember them as we grow older is a mystery. Some may call these silly sayings but they are anything but that. They are perhaps more pertinent now than ever. When the rest of the country may reach for mood enhancing drugs, some of us opt for common sense - its cheaper, non addictive and no harmful side effects!

Just Keep It To Yourself
Sometimes we receive information that should not be shared, perhaps its gossip about a co-worker, a family member or maybe a promotion is in the air. Generally when someone tells us this we would have been better off not knowing!
