Charity Begins At Home

This one requires a little thought, does this mean your charity should only be provided to those within your home – how about your hometown, perhaps the country of birth. Or perhaps it means you learn charity at home, become charitable to the needs of others regardless of where they are located. I think perhaps it means the latter.
